Rent of €400/month (furnished; utilities not included), on a fixed-term lease until July 2027 — when the house is expected to start being prepared as a refuge.
If you are looking for a long-term rental in Alvaiázere, this house is available now — talk to Maria Amália, who looks after the house, to find out more. Details about the holiday-refuge phase (rooms, amenities, prices) will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.
